For Blue Cross Blue Shield patients:
At this time, BCBS does not directly cover lactation services with Relatable Lactation. You may use your HSA/FSA card to pay, and I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

If your claim is denied or you choose to pay out-of-pocket, the full fee will be charged to your card.

For clients without insurance, payment is due at the time of service.
